#1: The Vyral Marketing Scorecard

We’re updating all our process this week as to how we edit your videos, optimize them to get found on YouTube, how to SEO and write your articles, how we structure your emails, promote your content on Facebook – everything. It’s going to be a very in-depth, updated checklist of how we execute The Vyral Marketing Plan exactly for you every two weeks. I want your input on what we can add/subtract/improve when it comes to what we do for you as the foundation of our program. This checklist is going to be called our “Scorecard” and I’m going to create training videos on how to do everything that I’ll share with you as well – it’s how we train our team at Vyral Marketing on “our system” as we grow. #2: 2 Day Real Estate Mastermind in Napa, CA

We have 21 confirmed attendees for our mastermind event March 20-21 and we have only 4 tickets left. As you know I’m always looking for ways to help you grow your business – even if it’s not what Vyral Marketing can do. As you may know, I’m an investor in a prospecting company who hires full time people in the Philippines to make over 1,000 calls a day to your database archives and cold calls in your city to pass leads to your salespeople. They provide the full time sales management that’s often lacking when outsourced prospecting fails. We copied the outbound prospecting systems working for Vyral Client Jeff Cohn and based on the book Predictable Revenue (this book changed my life). My old lead follow up person is the CEO – Jessica Sanders – she’s excellent. We’ve been testing results over the past 6 months, and in a few weeks, I’ll have some solid ROI numbers to share with you. Real Estate Snail Mail LLC

Also, as you know I love writing copy – I’ve been writing direct mail campaigns and follow up sequences for clients on the side, but the physical letters were not getting mailed. In “frustration” I posted on Facebook an idea in passing to start a mailing company this week where we 4 step mail with handwritten letters all Expireds (if you’re in real estate) in your MLS. Well, I got over 70 comments on my Facebook of people who are interested and this is pretty easy for us to execute in Omaha inexpensively. So, we’re going to test out that system too – we have 5 test markets on board – Daniel Beer in San Diego, Dan Hamilton in Greenville, Brian Thomas in Oklahoma City, Lisa Treu in Palm Beach, and Jeremy Larkin in St. George. We’re going to see if the Expired sales letters I write can get prospects to call you when we mail them 4 times (if not more) in a row with a hand addressed envelope. If it works, and I have the numbers and ROI to prove the results and we’ll take on a few more clients. Let us know if you’re interested so we can research your MLS and reserve your market because it will be 1 client per market for a company like this.
