John: In the 2 1/2 years you've been a client, have you seen any results using the Vyral Marketing program?

ASI: Absolutely. In addition to the e-mail blasts, the blog and Facebook postings work really well with our clients and prospective clients.

John: In regards to your ROI, how do you determine that?

ASI: What we do is pull a marketing report every quarter, and that helps tell us where our patients are coming from. It's nice to know there are more and more patients coming from the web. We also read the open and click reports after you send them to us, so we use that to track business, as well.

John: Any specific stories that come to mind of people coming to you after seeing a specific blog post or Facebook update?

ASI: Sure, I think a lot of patients always have a ton of questions and are always researching. One of our physicians is the one who answers those questions and he tries to keep the best questions in mind that he can write about to give all our clients useful information.

John: Why did you hire us in the first place?

ASI: One thing you guys are very good at is you are super customer friendly. Whenever we have a question, you are so responsive, and that's why we have retained a business relationship with you guys for so many years, and will continue to do in the future.

John: Why keep paying us to do this instead of doing this yourself?

ASI: I think you should only do things you are good at and can handle on your own. We can't do a lot of this stuff on our own. We focus on what we are good at, which is helping patients achieve their goals. You guys have the capability to explore all these marketing avenues for us and that's why we go to you. You are the experts at it.

John: What do you like most about working with us?

John: What would you say to somebody, maybe another medical office, that is on the fence about hiring us?

ASI: I would tell them to try you guys out for a month or two, and you'll see the results. Just the fact that you are so customer driven and dedicated to helping people grow their business is great.

John: Any tips you can offer someone to be successful at the program?

ASI: If I have something I want to do, I bounce it off you guys and you get it done. In other words, I think you guys are great for creative direction. If I have an idea I think would work, you get back to me with what you think, and most likely you have a better way of distributing that way to our prospective patients. You take my ideas seriously and run with it, and that's why I love working with you guys so much.
