Here’s the run-down for this week…

1. Make sure we have all your latest emails

We want to include all of the following on your 2 email broadcasts a month:

1. All the people in your mobile phone
2. Everyone in your iCloud account
3. Anyone in your Outlook, Gmail, etc.
4. Every CRM you have for your various contacts
5. Any back-end of online lead generation systems you have
6. Your Facebook friend emails (ask your Success Coach, we can get these)
7. Your LinkedIn connections (this is an easy export)

If you need any help with this, just let your Success Coach know and they will send you instructions on how to export the emails – we can also arrange a time for a screen share to show your assistant how to do it.

And, this goes without saying, but MAKE SURE you’re asking for emails after every conversation! These are the best emails you can submit to us to stay in touch with – people you have a real relationship with and have met in the real world.

Just say “I make these educational videos every month to solve problems in your life, I’d like to make sure you receive them – what’s your best email address?”

Then, add that email to your database and, once a month re-export all your lists to us. We will add them to your emails on file and de-duplicate accordingly.

2. Use current events into your topics to get higher engagement

Check this out – you can go to Google Trends and see what the world is talking about right now. Today Niagara Falls is frozen, as I’m sure you’ve seen on the news. With a little creativity you can create a few fun educational video topics like;

Is your home getting a cold reception? How to Warm Up Buyers for Your Home
Niagara Falls is frozen, but your pipes wont. How to Prevent Your Plumbing From Freezing
Time to live somewhere warmer? Break the ice to your spouse about this new home

Our writers take a look at Google Trends everyday and do their best to come up with some catchy ideas to write powerful headlines – which is the #1 most important thing we can write to get the highest click-through rate on your videos.

If we can tie your headline to what the public is thinking about, or what’s going on in the news, all the better to get more engagement with your content.
