| Vyral Client Jeff Latham |
Jeff: I first ran in to Frank down in Arizona in 2011. Ever since then, I've been following you guys.
John: What motivated you to finally call us?
Jeff: Watching your webinars with Lars Hedenborg, Greg Harrelson, and all these top producers, it just kind of clicked because the majority of our business is referrals. We are not taking advantage of our database and we want to implement this kind of marketing.
John: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals in the future?
Jeff: We are on track to close about 200 transactions this year. We have 10 buyer agents, 2 listing specialists, and 4 administrative staffers. We will do about $55, $60 million this year. We'll have another office by next year and in 10 years, we'll have 33 teams.
John: You mentioned that you have about 5,000-7,000 contacts in your database. How many of those people do you truly know?
Jeff: About 1,000
John: Are you doing anything to market to your database right now?
Jeff: We've started implementing a 33-touch program that's starting to launch, but really we just do so much business that people refer us a lot. We market aggressively as well, we spend probably 12,000 a month in marketing.
John: What is working well, as far as marketing goes? What's not working well?
Jeff: What's working well is referrals, sign calls, and open houses. From there, we have 4 CRM sites that are pumping out roughly 1,000 leads a month.
John: Why did you end up hiring us? Why not try and do this yourself?
Jeff: It's not cost-productive for me to do it when there are people out there that know how to do it better than me.
John: What kind of results are you expecting with the Vyral Marketing program?
Jeff: I'd like to see us increase our referral business to the tune of about $700,000 a year, roughly 100 more transactions.
John: Anybody we should thank for your business?
Jeff: Lars, Greg Harrelson, Frank. You should thank yourselves because of all the great webinars you are putting on.
