Donnis Palmer and Fraser Sparkman with Career Academy of Real Estate (CARE) have set up an online program that allows people to begin a career in real estate, as well as continuing their education throughout their real estate careers.
Vyral Marketing is the perfect fit for their company.
First, we segmented their database in to different groups dependent on where the recipient is in their real estate career. We then filmed videos that are specific to each grouping list so that the information that the recipient receives is catered specifically for them.
We also developed an open and click calling strategy. By looking at which group each of the contacts is in, we can decide whether they are currently in a program and receiving additional information to stay at the fore-front of real estate or if they are a past client that could be re-engaged to either further their career with one of the courses CARE has to offer or are in a position to refer someone who may be interested in one of the courses.
Though CARE is outside of the "norm" of real estate clients currently using Vyral Marketing, by looking at who is in their database and tailoring specific messages for each contact, the system will work wonderfully. In fact, due to the respect Donnis and Fraser have obtained throughout their database, the first email sent out received 0 unsubscribes - which is something I've never seen before!
