John: How did you guys hear about us?
Jim: We are real students of real estate sales training and team building webinars. We were attracted to further engagement with several Vyral clients based on watching webinars and their video blogs .
John: It sounds like you have been following us for a while. What motivated you to finally call us?
Jim: We wanted to integrate quality informational videos into our website, blog, and all aspects of our client courtship and relationship maintenance
John: Where are you at with your business? What are your goals?
Jim: Our 3 person team has sold over 620 homes since 2001. We have seen our volume peak between 50 and 100 several times. We are now determined to build a robust, diversified business, aiming for 100-150 homes a year and over 200 a year later on. We have been up and had it fall apart due to focusing too much on a single line of business. We want to build something that's much more bulletproof than that.
John: How many people are in your database? How many of those people do you truly know?
Jim: We have around 140 past clients in our database. Historically, we do not contact, follow, and maintain the movement of our clients, but that changed in early 2013. We think that using Vyral will further improve the situation.
John: Are you guys currently doing anything to market to that database now?
Jim: Yes. We are calling them quarterly, sending monthly newsletter, reaching out to offer them market trend reports and offering free valuations via Frank's Magic Valuation Offer.
John: What is working well? What is not?
Jim: All of it is working well, actually. We have had people we have ignored for 5 or 6 years call us up and want to do business.
John: Why did you end up hiring Vyral? Why not try to do this yourself?
Jim: We very seriously evaluated doing it ourselves. In the DC metro area, there is an availability of qualified video editing people, but we looked at Vyral's offering a combination of sales training coaching and video editing. We saw many team leaders in situations like ours moving forward with Vyral and that had a lot to do with us deciding to join.
John: What results are you expecting? What does success look like to your team?
Jim: We aim to have informative videos incorporated in how we generate leads and how we convert clients. We also want to use this form of video to assist in recruiting new team members and establish repeatable systems for use down the road. Success in your program for us consists of us valuing your program enough to continue at the annual renewal time. For that, we need to see ROI in the transaction side and team productivity. We also think that your mastermind program can be very helpful.
