Welcome New Client Jason Daniels



John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing?

Jason: I heard about Vyral through my coach Lars Hedenborg.

John: What motivated you to give us a call?

Jason: Lars and other people that have coached with Lars have said I have to get started with Vyral.

John: Summarize where you are at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?

Jason: Right now, I've got a small-medium sized team. I've got 3 buyer specialists, 3 administrative staff, and 
myself. In 2014, we closed 120 transactions and our goal in 2015 is to hit 200.

John: How many people are in your database?

Jason: Around 2,000

John: How many  of those people truly know you?

Jason: I'd say 500-600.

John: Are you doing anything to market to those people right now?

Jason: I send out a postcard every month with a buy one get one free coupon at a local restaurant I negotiate with. I also send out a "just-listed" postcard. I also do a client event for closed and referred business where we do a BBQ in the summertime. We also do a free-pie giveaway right before Thanksgiving.

John: Are these things working well for you?

Jason: They are. 75-80% of my business is from referrals.

John: Have you thought about doing this on your own? Why did you hire us?

Jason: I didn't really know where to get started. You guys guide me through the whole thing and help keep me accountable. You already know the steps A to Z, and that's what I'm looking for.

John: What does success look like to you with Vyral Marketing?

Jason: Having more return and repeat business, more referrals, and more closed business.
