Welcome New Client Andy Green



John: Andy, how did you hear about us?

Andy: Through a friend of mine in Portland who started using your service probably about 2 years ago.

John: What motivated you to take our call?

Andy: I always knew I would end up moving forward with your service. It stands out from a lot of the other marketing out there. This was the next logical step for me and I was just waiting for the right time.

John: Tell me where you're at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?

Andy: We started 3 years ago. Our first year, our production was about $7 million, $11 million in the 2nd year, and $22 million this last year. Our goal this year is to double again and end 2015 at $50 million in production.

John: How many people are in your database?

Andy: We will probably end up at around 3,000 or 3,500

John: How many of those people do you truly know? 

Andy: Every one.

John: Are you doing anything to market to that database now?

Andy: No. That's been one of my weak spots. I now have the team in place to put together our touch campaigns and follow-up plans. That's our focus for 2015 so we can start to expand in 2016.

John: Why not try to do this yourself? Why hire us?

Andy: Because you can do it much better than I can, be more consistent, and the videos are more visible with you. I'm not an expert at marketing, I'm an expert at selling homes. For the cost I'm investing, it's money well spent.

John: What kind of results are you expecting? What does success look like to you?

Andy: I know we have a great database and once we become very consistent about communication and providing value to it, the business we will get out of it will be tremendous. Once we get top-of-mind, the floodgates will open and our business will grow that much more.
