John: How did you hear about us?

Joe: I heard about you from a few real estate podcasts I listen to.

John: What motivated you to take our call?

Joe: Over the past year, I've been trying to do videos to my sphere on my own using another service,
but I found it a tough time coming up with compelling content monthly. When I looked into what you guys did, I thought it fit right into what I wanted to do.

John: Summarize where you are at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?

Joe: I have been part time for the last 9 years as I've worked in the corporate world, but now I'm to the point where I have left my corporate job and I'm full-time in real estate. I plan on using Vyral Marketing along with other lead generation sources I have to take my business to the next level.

John: Do you know how many people are in your database?

Joe: Currently, my e-mail list is a little over 200, but I have well over 1000 Facebook friends and 500 connections in my linkedin. With those combined, I have a nice starting ground for a consistent list.

John: You mentioned you were doing a few things to market to your database, what's working well and what's not working well?

Joe: I have been doing direct mail to my database and doing videos every few months. I've been trying to add real estate items into my Facebook feed to make sure people see I'm in business. I've also been using google plus and linkedin.

John: Why hire us? Why not keep doing this yourself?

Joe: Well, the content for starters. And the fact that you edit videos is invaluable. I don't have the time to do it on my own, or even learn it. The amount of time I would have to dedicate to that would be too much.

John: What does success with us look like to you?

Joe: Success working with you all would be me sending out a high quality product consistently over the next year. I'm looking forward to that consistent video and email being put across all social media. When you stay in contact with people, that's how you get results.
