A few updates this week as to what we’re up to.

1. We have 2 tickets left of the 25 available for the small real estate mastermind in Napa, CA March 20-21. We’re looking to hold 2 more small masterminds this year, one in Chicago and then another on the East Coast. If you’re interested make sure to let Scott Silliari know (ssillari@getvyral.com). Here are all the people confirmed so far.
2. Matt Johnson is down in Orlando today for Keller Williams Family Reunion. If you’re there be sure to meet up with him to talk about your marketing – he’s in the San Diego office with Scott and me in charge of our new partner program (all those Google Hangouts we’re doing). You’re also invited to our client dinner on Saturday night (tomorrow) we’re doing in partnership with MyOutDesk. Daniel Ramsey is making it more of an “event” so we’re charging a bit for the dinner and drinks to help with the tab. Pick up a ticket for the dinner and we’d love to see you there! Lots of smart people will be there.
3. We’re getting good results with a new format for your video emails. If you like this new style, ask your success coach to change it up. However, if you’re already getting good results with the format you’re sending now, don’t change it, or ask your Success Coach to split test (send half of your list version A and the other half version B) to see what style gets you better results. Just one of the many things we’re working on as we’re upgrading everything with our product this year for you.
4. I’m hosting the next Database Marketing Hangout with Vyral Client Kyle Whissel next week, the #2 real estate agent (by team) in San Diego County. He’s running The Vyral Marketing Plan for every agent on his team and working videos into every part of his business – he hired a full time video person to do it! RSVP now on Google+ and I’ll drill him with questions so you can see what he’s doing and if it will work for your real estate team or brokerage. If you haven’t watched, check out the previous hangout with Vyral Client Lisa Treu on how she’s getting a lead literally every day from her database. I’m going to do these hangouts every two weeks for you so you know what’s working for clients.
5. Our Real Estate Snail Mail business is coming along nicely. We have 13 markets committed. Clients will sign up for RedX so we can pull all new expired listings every morning. We also get you a tracking number from IfByPhone to measure response. Everyone (no joke) is getting listings with the letters I have, which next week I’m customizing even more for snail mail clients. We start the mailings Feb 16. I’ll keep you updated on the results. Make sure to talk to John McMillan (john@getvyral.com) if you’re interested in a 4-step, hand addressed sales letter to every expired listing in your market so they call you. 6. I want you to know we’re on the ball here at Vyral Marketing. Each Success Coach (we have seven) has no more than 43 clients. John meets with your coach weekly to go over communication, marketing, and status of what’s going on. Once I have our new Scorecard finalized with our updated processes for you, we will be auditing that weekly as we want to make sure everything is done to “system” all the time. If there’s ANYTHING you feel we can do better, call me immediately on my cell at 402.515.5438, I’ll relay the information to John, and we’ll make it happen.
7. Scott Sillari has put together an amazing presentation of EVERYTHING we do for you at Vyral Marketing. We’re doing weekly LIVE group presentations on GoToWebinar for people interested in hiring us. The presentation reinforces what we’re all about at Vyral Marketing (and what we do for you). I think it would be a great idea for you to attend a live group presentation for a “refresh” as to the foundations of our database marketing plan. Plus, you can model this for your sales presentations so they scale – swipe the structure of our presentation for yours.
8. Since we have such great people here at Vyral Marketing, I have an extra day a week free for private consulting work. A few clients have asked me to help with a product launch, building a coaching business, and more. I have room to personally work with 5 people, and if you’re interested, I put together Frank’s Private Client Group to facilitate this – you can get more details here and request a questionnaire if you’d like to work more closely together one-on-one for projects way outside of the scope of Vyral Marketing.
9.
