Vyral Marketing Client Message

Clients,

There are 4 things to know this week …
Frank Klesitz, CEO Vyral Marketing

1. Testimonial Gathering Service

First, I want to make sure you’re taking advantage of our testimonial gathering service.

Included in your fee we will call your customers for you, after the sale, and interview them on a recorded phone line to get a success story.

We edit out the interviewer, stitch together the best parts of the interview, add music, and put a call to action at the end.

They sound really, really good. As long as we have a well-spoken person on the other line, and they’re not talking to us with a bunch of background noise, they come out well.

Listen to these testimonials we’ve gathered for our clients this week.

We put these up on your blog with a well-written quote we pull from the interview. We put these testimonial write-ups in your sales presentation, follow up sequences, and everywhere in your marketing!!

“Have THEM say it for you!” – Dan Kennedy

Just go to our website to submit a testimonial for us to call, or let your Success Coach know who we should reach out to. We only want to call people you RECENTLY had a sale with – our success rate is very low when calling your old customers.

I want to make sure you use this service – the more testimonials and success stories you have, the wider the “moat” around your business. Jay Abraham FedEx’s prospects a full ream of paper with success stories (423 to be exact) before his consultations – you should, too.

2. The Database Marketing Hangout

Second, I just completed a Database Marketing Hangout yesterday with #2 San Diego Agent Kyle Whissel on “How Realtor Kyle Whissel Will Earn $3 Million GCI With Video Leverage”. You can watch the replay right here on YouTube. He is killing it with getting email addresses at open houses and is using video to leverage the database of his 15 agents (and charging them accordingly). It’s a great hangout and I suggest you watch.

I also invite you to RSVP for the next hangout with Vyral Client Bob Guest on “How Realtor Bob Guest Earns 36x ROI (Earning $500k+) from His Database”. He’s getting an incredible return on his video marketing and we’re going to find out what he is doing, so you can model it. There’s also a lot of marketing expenses not giving him ROI and we’re going to discuss what gets the axe to get his profitability up.

3. Real Estate Snail Mail

Third, I’m completing the Expired Listing sales letters this weekend for our Real Estate Snail Mail clients. The 6 step, hand addressed letter sequences hit the mail for our 5 test clients on Monday. I’ll report to you the results we see. That’s 3 weeks from idea to implementation! I want to give John and Mark in our office a big thanks for pulling this off so quickly. We’re going to send the letters on Day 1, Day 4, Day 7, Day 14, Day 21, and Day 45. The cost per mailing is $0.78 each (includes 4 pages) plus $500 a month labor fee and 10% of the transition to pay the copywriters (this will be capped). We have 22 markets committed already – if you’re interested let us know.

4. #AskFrank Videos

Fourth, and finally, if you have any questions about business or how to get better results with your marketing, please ask me. Or, bring it up to your Success Coach and they will bring me into your next call if it’s beyond the scope of their expertise. I’ll post the answer up on our website under a new series called #AskFrank. The calls I’m having with clients are powerful and I want to share the discussions with everyone, if the client approves.

I really like branding the videos with a “#Ask(YourName)” hashtag where you read a customer question upfront – it’s right in-line with The Vyral Marketing Plan of answering customer questions. I got the idea from Douglas Elliman's social media.

Here’s the latest question I answered this week on How to Get Email Addresses From Residential Home Owners.

With that, John is back in the office next week after his vacation and will be working with each Success Coach individually to make sure you’re on track and receiving plenty of communication (1 weekly phone call at a minimum).

Have a wonderful weekend, and thank you for being a client!

Frank Klesitz
