Welcome New Client Ann Marie McManus
John: Ann Marie, how did you hear about us the first time and what motivated you to get back in touch with us?
Ann Marie: The very first time I met Frank, in person, at an event and I asked lots of questions. The second time I got involved was because you had constant follow up and were sending me emails. I recognized there had been some changes and improvements. I had hired Chris and felt like we could take on something that was an additional service to our clients and we could develop business that we got from it more efficiently and better.
John: Where are you currently at with your business right now and what are your goals moving forward?
Ann Marie: We closed 82 sales this past year. Our goal is 110. A large portion, 67%, was from our past client center of influence. It could be a good deal higher because I have a very large sphere and we just want to get the word out.
John: Do you know how many people are in that sphere?
Ann Marie: 2,600 that I mail to three times a year. I also email monthly and that was 1700. I haven’t been studying how many people open that.
John: How many of those people do you truly know?
Ann Marie: All of them.
John: Do you know how the email and mailing is working?
Ann Marie: I see people in the grocery store and they tell me they got my newsletter and we have sold some houses from it. So, yes, I know it's working.
John: You’ve been following the company for a while. Did you ever think of trying to do video blogging and emailing marketing, similar to what we do, yourself?
Ann Marie: I don’t like the idea of a process and we’re very process driven. I don’t want to reinvent what you have seemed to have created very successfully. A lot of my peers that I respect in other markets are doing business with you guys.
John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you?
Ann Marie: It looks like helping me get out very timely, relevant, personal information to my clients. What I’m most looking forward to is those people who have a real estate need will pick up the phone and call me. The great success part will be me talking to more customers, serving their needs and selling more houses.
John: Is there anybody specific we need to thank for your business?
Ann Marie: Anybody to thank?
John: Yes, anybody specific that was instrumental in bringing you back or if you have talked to anybody?
Ann Marie: You guys have been really patient with me, but as of right now, no. Not anybody specific. Monique (Walker), I’ve talked to her, but nobody has had any bad luck with you guys. Let’s just say that.
