Welcome New Client CC Underwood



John: How did you hear about us?

CC: Facebook. I saw the replay of the Lisa True Google Hangout you did.

John: What motivated you to give us a call?

CC: I built a business on new people and new customers, and we do a very poor job of staying in touch. It's something I've been looking for, but haven't found the right product. Once I saw the video, I was like "Forget it. Sign me up."

John: Summarize where you are at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?

CC: I'm hoping that over time, we see 30% of our business come from past clients and referrals.

John: Do you know how many people are in your database?

CC: No, most of them are not met. We may have 200-225 past customers, but we have a lot more not-met emails.

John: Are you doing anything to market to anybody?

CC: Just for the not mets. We've got Commissions, Inc. on the buyer side and Follow-up Boss on the seller side.

John: Any thought of trying to do email marketing in the past?

CC: Sure, I do videos all the time for YouTube. We just really haven't been able to implement a consistent system.

John: What does success working with us look like to you?

CC: Good business. We don't stay in touch with past clients at all, so hopefully over time we will be able to really see an increase in our business above and beyond what we are doing.

John: you heard about us on Facebook, but is there anyone else we should thank for your business?

CC: Nope, I didn't talk to anybody. I liked what I saw on the video and thought it would work for me.
