Welcome New Client David Humes



John: So, how did you hear about Vyral Marketing?

David: I heard about you through a Real Geeks webinar.

John: Was the webinar what motivated you to get in touch with us?

David: A combination of that and we also got involved in doing free home values with some beta testing. Frank and Buddy Blake mentioned your services a number of times in the webinars, so that's how it happened.

John: Can you tell me where you're at with your business right now and what your goals are moving forward?

David: We're trying to be more streamlined. We've built a team and we're trying to figure out how to best use our team. We're trying to get more efficient in central Kentucky, and part of that will be target marketing that includes this sort of approach that will focus on particular areas in our market.

John: Do you know how many people are in your database?

David: Probably around 2,000, but I don't know if all of those are good. We're adding about 200 leads per month, so we're growing exponentially.

John: How many of those 2,000 do you personally know?

David: I'd say about 500, but I could probably tell you a story about everyone in there. I have my sphere of influence and then some acquaintances.

John: Are you doing anything to market to that database right now?

David: Yeah, we have a thing that's produced in-house right now. We provide a market report every month with updated statistics from 12 months prior. We'll reach out to them every two weeks or month with a market snapshot.

John: Okay, so it sounds like you guys are doing some marketing in-house, have you ever considered shooting videos or doing any in-depth email marketing on your own?

David: I've thought about it, and have seen other agents do it. After a while I noticed they had compiled video libraries that people could refer to for advice, which would be helpful. I can see the value in that, but without a script and good camera, I'm not sure I was prepared to do that.

John: So, what results do you expect to see while working with us? What does success look like to you with Vyral Marketing?

David: Success is having higher visibility. If we're all providing the same service, then how is our's better than the next guy's? So, we try to do more cutting edge stuff like using drones for photography and we're also adopting 3D photography. Vyral Marketing is just another tool for us to capture clients and succeed in our business.
