Welcome New Client Mark Callender
John: Mark, how did you hear about Vyral Marketing?
Mark: I'm always looking for websites that will improve my business and I actually found you guys on a Google+ page that was sponsored by Real Geeks. I started watching the videos from different agents across the country that were getting interviewed and what they do for business, and that's how I found Vyral Marketing.
John: Great. So through your research, what motivated you to give us a call?
Mark: It seems like there are a lot of successful agents that are going through your system, and the positive feedback that I'm seeing on your website really made me want to check you out in-depth.
John: Can you summarize where you're at with your business right now, and what are your goals moving forward?
Mark: I've been in the business for 13 years and I average anywhere from 40-53 transactions per year. I'm stuck at this point and I need something to project me farther. I feel like this is probably the way to go.
John: Do you know how many people are in your database?
Mark: With my A and B clients I have about 250 that I actually know, but the rest of the people in my database number anywhere from 1,000 to 1,500.
John: Are you doing anything to market to those people right now?
Mark: Yes, I basically market to the 250 with business Facebook posts, direct mail newsletters, and some other campaigns. Phone calls, things like that.
John: Of those things that you're doing, what is working well and what isn't?
Mark: I think staying in touch at least once a month through the newsletter or a phone call is working, but it's hard to judge exactly what is really working. I can't tell who's opening my newsletter, so it's usually the face to face or email that works best.
John: Have you ever tried to do email marketing or shoot some videos on your own?
Mark: No, I have not.
John: Did you ever consider doing that before hiring us?
Mark: No, because I just don't know what I'm doing.
John: I hear that a lot. So, what results do you want from us? What does success look like with us?
Mark: I think it's pretty reasonable from your website, and from people who I've talked to, to expect a 10 times ROI. For my first year I expect that, and as I continue I expect it to increase. You seem like you have a winning system.
