Welcome New Client Nick Sakkis
Allison: How did you hear about Vyral? What motivated you to give us a call?
Nick: I was looking online for companies for database solutions, and I came across you guys through Jeff Manson at Real Geeks. I found a Google Hangout that him and Frank conducted. That's when I started realizing how you guys can help our business.
Allison: Awesome. Summarize where you're at with your business right now. What are your goals for 2015?
Nick: Staying in contact with the database is obviously a big deal for us. We see the benefit of that, and I think going forward, we really just want to incorporate more video. We see that as being a big key going forward. We're really hoping to get more video involved in our business, both neighborhood tours and interviews, to keep our contacts in touch.
Allison: How many people are in your database right now?
Nick: Roughly 3,000.
Allison: Are you doing anything to market to your database?
Nick: We currently mail once or twice a month already. It's just news-flyers and stuff that we create internally.
Allison: Why not do this yourself? Why hire us to do this for you?
Nick: It seems like you've streamlined the process. The 20 minutes a month to do two videos in production with the blog seems like something we can't beat.
Allison: What results do you expect from Vyral? What does success look like to you?
Nick: Well after talking with Scott, everybody's talking 40, 50 times your investment, so I guess I'm going to have to say 80 times my investment. Double that. But really, a good 10 times return for the first year I think would be great. If I could close one deal a month just using your service, I think it would be well worth it, at least for the first year when we get rolling and figure out this video thing.
Allison: Awesome. Is there anyone we should thank for your business besides Jeff [Manson]?
Nick: I watched a lot of videos with Ben Kinney, also. He was one of the ones that kind of got me into marketing and team building.
