Welcome New Clients Jana and Jason DeLong



Allison: How did you hear about us? 

Jason: A couple years ago, I watched some of the webinars that Frank did.

Allison: What motivated you to call us?

Jason: I think it was when we started working with Lars [Hedenborg] and we heard more about what you guys did and how it helped his business.

Allison: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals for 2015? 

Jana: Our goal for 2015 is to double our business. We did about 85 deals in 2014. Our goal this year is 190. The video can get us there by reaching out to past clients and our COI to stay in front of them. I think last year, past client's COI was about 40 to 50 percent of our business. Obviously those were the best people to work with, so we're hoping to get that percentage of our business to 60 or higher.

Allison: How many people are in your database right now? 

Jana: The ones we actually mail to are around 500. Email addresses are about 1,200.

Allison: Are you doing anything right now to market to them?

Jana: We just started Happy Grasshopper for the emails. As far as mailers, we have a monthly newsletter. We're sending out baseball magnets right now. We do a giveaway of the year, pies at Thanksgiving, and we just did chocolates for Valentine's Day.

Allison: Why hire us instead of doing this yourself? 

Jana: We won't do it ourselves. We've been saying for a couple years that we wanted to implement video. We know it's important, and it's just something that we haven't done. I think having someone, every month, to give us a nudge to get in front of the camera and get something recorded is going to be beneficial. We just wouldn't do it ourselves, so that's why we gave you guys a call.

Allison: What results do you expect from Vyral Marketing? What does success look like to you? 

Jason: You guys say at least a ten to one return on investment. I think it's just something that video can really add to your online presence, so we think it's going to really help with that as well.

Allison: Who should we thank for your business? 

Jana: Ultimately, I would say Lars Hedenborg.
