Welcome New Client Brian Decker



John:  How did you hear about Vyral Marketing? 

Brian: I was referred by Lisa and Goran Forss.

John: And was it just their recommendation that motivated you to get in touch with us? 

Brian: Yes.

John: Summarize where you're at with your business right now. What are your goals moving forward? 

Brian: I'm one of the top 50 loan officers in the U.S. I've got a ton of business. I'm focusing on continuing to brand. I want to add another form of media to my branding and marketing. I want to use this to show up higher on Google searches and send links to prospective clients as an educational tool.

John: Do you know how many people are in your database? 

Brian: My database is probably around 3,000. Lisa and Goran Forss are going to let me send my videos to their database. There is a lot of crossover there.

John: Of the 3,000 that you have, how many of those people do you truly know? 

Brian: I've done loans for probably 2,500 of them. I have a unique database. There are 2,300 to 2,5000 clients that I've done loans for, and then there's 500 that I've done pre-quals for. Then I have a database of about 300 Realtors that I've done business with.

John: What are you doing to market to that database right now? 

Brian: I just have emails and drip campaigns that go out to them. We have a pretty robust CRM system here. I've just been sending emails, so I want to add video and make it a little bit more personal.

John: Why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself?

Brian: Too busy. Way too busy.

John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you? 

Brian: I would like to add some more successful agents to my database. This will give me a bit of an edge because there's not really any loan officers in my area that are using this. I want to establish a video library. I want some of these videos to answer questions that I get called about all the time, and avoid having the same discussion with every client. If I have a video I can send to them, that saves me a twenty minute phone call.
