Welcome New Client Richard Fleming
John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing?
Richard: I heard about Vyral Marketing through Real Geeks. I believe I first heard about you on a Hangout.
John: Was it just that Hangout that motivated you to get in touch with us?
Richard: It sparked my interest, but I actually went to the Vyral website and looked at many of your videos. I believe in what you're offering. That was my motivation to get in touch.
John: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?
Richard: I have closed seven transactions this year. I have two pending, and four listings signed right now. My business goal this year is a GCI of $175,000 to $200,000. I'm probably ahead of that right now. My ultimate goal is to double that next year and start to build my team. About half of my business is buyers, and I would like to start a team and transition more of my time to the selling side. Hopefully, Vyral will help me get there.
John: Do you know how many people are currently in your database?
Richard: I do not know exactly. I would estimate about 400 or 500.
John: Would you say you know all of those people?
Richard: Absolutely not. I know probably two-thirds of them.
John: Are you doing anything to market to them currently?
Richard: Not on a consistent basis. That's also one of the reasons Vyral was appealing to me. I'm a one man show right now. You get busy in transactions if you don't take care of the building the business aspect.
John: Which brings me to my next question: Why hire us? Why not try this yourself?
Richard: That is exactly it. I realize the value of a team, and I realize what I'm good at and what I'm not good at. You can help me make things more efficient. You can do things that I'm not an expert in.
John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with Vyral look like to you?
Richard: I'd look for an additional six to eight transactions a year. If I can get a 10X or 15X return on investment, I'll be more than thrilled.
