If you're a real estate agent, every 3-4 months we suggest you send a direct offer to your database of buyer leads, seller leads, past clients, COI, etc to invite them to request a free home value report to generate seller inquiries.

You'll want to export all your email contacts into an email marketing program like Vertical Response (what we use at Vyral Marketing for our clients), copy and paste the email below into a template, and paste the link to your FREE HOME VALUE REPORT generator you own, such as Top Producer's Market Snapshot, GuaranteedSale.com, etc - and then press send!

Best of all, track the names of the people who click the link to get the report and follow up to see if they may be interested in selling their home, or ask for a referral!

Here's the email we're recommending clients to send out to their database before the end of the year (clients - we'll do this for you) - feel free to copy and use for yourself.

NOTE: Depending on the state of the stock market you'll want to change the first sentence....I wrote this when the S&P broke 1,800. Emails like this work magically when you reference something in the news or what's top of mind in the American public in the intro of your email. This way the email is tied to the story in people's heads and proves it's a personal and timely message, not something canned you're sending out. You'll get a much better response when you do this with your email.
