Episode 030: What to Do When Vyral Marketing is Your FIRST Marketing Investment with Jodie Osofsky



LIVE July 5th @ 10: 00 am PST- Vyral Client Jodie Osofsky spent 16 years selling real estate in the Salt Lake City area by referral only, until she finally took the first step to do more deals without having to invest more time - investing money into marketing. She built a solid database of about 400 people over the years - both past clients and sphere - and she needed to stay in better touch for more referrals and repeat business. After reviewing all the options to stay in better touch with her database, she chose Vyral Marketing. In the first 3 months on the plan of sending 2 videos a month to her database, she generate 6 direct deals. In the first 6 months of this year, she has already generated an additional 11 deals directly from her database due to her videos. She's also added in all her leads to her video marketing to bring her full email list up to 1,800 people - although all her business to date has come from her "core" list of 400 contacts. On the first video we sent to his list, which was a market report, he generated 30 opt-ins and landed 3 new listings.
