How to Leverage The Social Networks Of Your Employees or Salespeople for Faster Results

So you’re committed to The Vyral Marketing System.

You’ve exported all the emails from your email account, your contact management systems (CRM), online lead generation systems, your LinkedIn contacts, and your Facebook contacts.

You're scheduling 1 appointment a month with yourself (or your Vyral Marketing Success Coach) to record 2 short educational Q&A tips for your database.

And you’re calling the people who watch your videos to ask for referrals and repeat business.

But how can you increase your exposure faster than just asking everyone you talk to for an email address?

Leverage the social networks of your team!

It’s simple – after you send your email to your database, email everyone on your team the YouTube link and ask them to post it on their Facebook account.


Here’s an example Facebook update someone on your team could post….

“Hey friends – Bob who is our super smart real estate agent who started our firm here just made a video on how to save a ton of money when you sell a home. Watch this short video he made. If you need to buy or sell a home, message me and I’ll put you in you in touch with him. He’s super-duper cool.”

If your team member gets a Facebook message back or someone in their center of influence (who is NOT in your company database) inquires about hiring you, pay them a small bonus or commission on the sale.

How easy is that?

Imagine if everyone on your team every two weeks updated their Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google+ accounts with a short personal message about your most recent educational video with a soft call to action.

Now that’s leverage!

But it gets even better….

Now this will be for your most trusted team members who will let you actually do this (they really buy into your vision).

Just as you exported the emails of all your Facebook friends, LinkedIn contacts, etc – ask your employees to do the same.

That’s right, now you’ll have a CSV file with the name, email, and phone of the personal contacts for each employee on your team who gives you permission to do this.

But just don’t load them into your main database, you can’t do that just quite yet.

First, you’ll want to load up all those emails into a new 'segment' inside your email marketing program. Let’s call this new list “Jane Smith.”

Now, you’ll want to write a quick plain text email to all of Jane Smith’s contacts from her (“Jane Smith” in the from line) that goes something like this with her approval.

SUBJECT: A quick announcement

Friends and family –

I just wanted to write you this quick email that I’m now the administrative assistant for the Bob Billings Real Estate Team.

It’s great here – I love the job.

We’re recording 2 educational Q&A videos a month on what’s happening in our local real estate market and they are really good.

I think you’ll benefit from them, so I wanted to share our company blog with you.

(insert blog link here)

We make two a month, and if it’s alright, I’d like to make sure you receive them. They will come from “Bob Billings Real Estate” in your email.

If you don’t want any email from me or Bob, just unsubscribe below. No hard feelings if you do, I know this message it out of the blue. I just really think you’ll benefit from these videos.

Nothing to sell here.

Then, once that email goes out from your team member to their database from them, now you can include all those people in your 2 educational videos a month from your team!
