A few months ago we asked ourselves, “Could we call your customers after the sale on a recorded phone line to proactively gather success stories for you?”
We’ve been tweaking the model – what questions to ask, how to edit them, etc. with some trial and error to get it right.
But I’m proud to say we figured it out, and these new gathered testimonials are fantastic!

Here’s how it works…
We call your customer on a record phone line after you submit their information here, introduce ourselves as your “Customer Experience Manager” and then ask two questions.
1. Tell me about your experience with (your name).
2. Any specific story where they went above and beyond?
We then edit out the interviewer except for their first question, write a powerful summary/headline, add music, and include a call to action at the end.
Your success story is then posted on your blog, updated on your Facebook, and promoted in your upcoming email broadcast. We also encourage your customer to write an online review for you, including promoting your gathered testimonial on their Facebook.
This is a complimentary service, and it’s our goal to add up to 4 success stories a month to your website.
