Scott: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing?

Mark: I saw Frank on a few Real Geeks videos and heard the name around the water cooler. I also saw a few of the videos done by agents I follow on YouTube.

Scott: What motivated you to reach out to us?

Mark: The last video I saw before I called you guys was with Jeff Quintin. Jeff mentioned that he was very call intensive with expireds and FSBOs and that's what I do. Everybody else I've heard had a different business model, so when I heard Jeff it clicked. If Vyral is working for him, it might work for me.

Scott: How did you get into real estate? Where is your business right now?

Mark: I got into real estate in January 2013. I got in as an entrepreneur. I came up to Georgia and ran a national window company. My first year I closed 21 deals, and this year I will probably close 30. I just want to be the best at what I'm doing - branding is a huge part of it and I know you guys are supposed to be the best at it.

Scott: What are your personal business goals? What is your vision of what the perfect business looks like for you?

Mark: Right now, my ultimate goal is to close 10 deals a month. If I'm doing that, it doesn't really matter how big they are - I'll be making money. As far as my business goes, I want to stay as small as possible. I'm not interested in having a large team. When I get to 10 deals a month I want to have the people in place so that the company can almost run by itself. That way, I can branch out to other areas of real estate - like the investing and commercial businesses.

Scott: How big is your database and how are you marketing to them?

Mark: I'm using Top Producer. I'm randomly putting people into the system - it hasn't been one of my strong points. I just call people in my database once a month and send interested buyers and sellers a CMI.

Scott: Why did you hire us?

Mark: Branding is huge. I waited until now so I could get a handle on the industry and figure out how things work. I feel like now I'm prepared to handle more business - that's why I called you guys. From everything that I've seen, you guys fit my business model; I'm going to be able to hire you and not have to hire a staff to do what I need done.

Scott: What results do you expect to see?

Mark: I have the goal in my head of 10 deals a month. I understand the importance of branding, so that alone is huge. I don't have a specific number for how many deals I want to gain from the program. I plan on Vyral helping my brand and being a large part of my marketing.
