Jason: For the email campaign, we are working on creating extremely personalized, and hyper localized, drip campaigns. In order to do that, we are taking an hour to really sit down and go over a series of about a dozen primary questions, and any follow up questions we may have. We will record the entire conversation and using that as the basis of the email so we can really tap into the Pensacola market and what you and your team do. Would that be something you would be interested in starting?

Gordon: Yeah, I would definitely like to have campaigns that are very personable going out to the lists.

Jason: Perfect, so lets go ahead, we are starting with a buyer campaign, that we would send out to any buyer leads that you would have. Does that sound like a good one you would like to start out with?

Gordon: Yes, Perfect, mainly we are getting website buyers, then we are going after for sale by owners, then expireds.

Jason: Perfect, lets go ahead and set up an hour call where we just focus on getting the interview complete. Do you have availability at this same time next Wednesday?

Gordon: Yeah, that should work.

Jason: That is fantastic. Thank you so much, we will talk next week.

Gordon: Awesome, thanks.

Jason: Thanks, Gordon, take care.
