Shawn Anderson is a real estate agent in Idaho Falls that has a wealth of knowledge he needs to share with his database.
The main thing that we worked on with Shawn was capturing that knowledge on video so the information could be made accessible to his contacts.
We first created Shawn a YouTube channel which will organize each of his videos in to specific playlist. The titles of the videos are worded to achieve the greatest results when searching videos. We also added keywords and phrases to the description of the videos so they have maximum optimization. This will help Shawn create new views outside of those that were captured from the initial email blast.
Next, we worked with Shawn on creating the video. Shawn and I discussed what was happening in the current Idaho Falls market, then recorded a Q and A session on his webcam to capture the footage for his video.
With Shawn's extensive knowledge of real estate, I look forward to helping him create educational videos that will help people looking to buy and sell in the Idaho Falls area!
