John: What have your latest results with Vyral Marketing been like?
Rene: I started about three months ago and I didn't notice any immediate results in my business, but lately, within the last month I've had two people tell me they found me through a forwarded email from Vyral.
John: So, the people in the list were forwarding that information on and referring you?
Rene: That's one thing they were doing, and the other was just top-of-mind. Some of these were people that I had spoken with and talked to for years, but it was the wife that I had never been in contact with. The wives of one of my past clients referred me to her sister-in-law and I'm actually listing her house tonight.
John: You've only been with us a few months so far, but can you put a number on the ROI that you have received from us?
Rene: Absolutely, if I just looked at the commission from the listing tonight, let's call it a $10,000 commission, that will have paid for my Vyral campaign for the next two years.
John: We love hearing that.
Rene: But that's just one sale. I've gotten other leads that have probably pushed the commission from Vyral up to $20,000.
John: So, why did you hire Vyral Marketing?
Rene: I've never been good at reaching out to my database, and I knew you could help me do that. It's also helped me to reach out to people that I might never meet, because I have over 1,000 emails in my database and it allows me to interact with these people on a bi-weekly basis.
John: Did you ever consider doing videos or trying email marketing by yourself?
Rene: Yes. I'm pretty good on camera and I can write scripts, but it just wasn't very polished or professional-looking. The way that you do the intros and set up the emails is incredible. It comes off like a million bucks.
John: Did you have any fears before signing with us?
Rene: No. My only fear was that people would not be opening these emails, but to our surprise, we're getting a huge open rate. Jason has told me that the open rate is over 14% for most emails. It sounds like we're averaging 10%, but the main thing is that it's working.
John: What do you like most about working with Vyral?
Rene: I like the fact that I'm building something lasting. I like that you're working in my style and creating custom messages to my database. The database is responding more and more, so I know I'm building something that will last.
John: What would you say to someone who might be on the fence about hiring us?
Rene: I'd say to think about what you're doing now and think about where you're headed. A lot of people are going online to find Realtors first. When people go to Google my name, they'll find a heap of professional videos and that looks better than my own website, so I'd tell people to think about where they're headed in the next few years to build something lasting.
John: What tips would you offer someone in order to be successful at Vyral?
Rene: I'd say to prepare in advance for your calls. Practice your videos, and prepare what kinds of messages you want to convey. The guys at Vyral are fantastic at assisting you with what you want to say.
