1. Snail
Mail Expired Letters are Working!
On January 27th I threw the idea on my Facebook
page about a service that would send 6 hand-addressed letters with an 8 page
custom sales letter I would write to expired listings over 45 days for you as a
side business. On March 4th Brian Thomas, in Oklahoma City, got his
first listing appointment on a $394k home! Lisa Treu in Palm Beach got her
first call today. It’s working! No success stories of full ROI yet (too early),
but we have the staff to take on a few more clients if you want to own your
market and get a jump on the spring frenzy (it’s 1 per market). We’ll defer the

11-12 Mastermind in Downtown Chicago
Our Napa, CA mastermind is SOLD OUT and coming up March 19-20. I hired a professional video
crew to capture the event for you (but the content is private and will never be
shared). The top agents in the world will be there – get the full list of attendees
on our website. I just signed the contract on a mastermind in downtown
Chicago June 11-12 with a lunch cruise on the second day. It’s limited to 25 agents. If you’re

3. Andrew
Duncan #1 Tampa Realtor YouTube Channel
I’d like to congratulate Andrew on his award at RE/Max in
Vegas this week for selling over 500 homes in Tampa. He’s generated over $500k
in lifetime GCI from his YouTube videos, so Andrew and I sat down and recorded
a video on exactly how we did it – nothing new for you – lots of content
properly optimized and published consistently organized into playlists. You can

Andrew’s recruiting content. To be clear, he’s not going into coaching - he’s
recruiting agents to work for him and attracting agent referrals.
4. Google
Hangout OnAir Training Course
We’ve been meticulously documenting our marketing processes
for you here at Vyral Marketing. This way you can literally see the work we do
to get your marketing done, it helps us train new hires quickly, and we’re
going to sell it on our website in the coming months so anyone can learn how to
do what we do. We just finished the raw training videos on how to promote a
LIVE Google Hangout OnAir event with a respective checklist. It’s not done yet,
but if you’re interested here’s
a preview of the training videos with the
respective checklist PDF. I cover how to set up the event, write the
copy, create the trailer, promote it by email and social media, set up landing
pages, and run Facebooks ads that work. The next step to “productize” our 2
videos a month system that you’re following…we’re working on that now, it will
be excellent. You don’t have to worry about any of this since we do all this
for you as a client.
5. Utah
Realtor Spencer Janke Success Story
It’s dead simple to get results with Vyral Marketing – ask for email addresses
after every conversation, publish answers to 2 customer questions a month, and
call the people who watch them. That’s our core message and I never want to
distract from it, only complement it. Case in point, Utah Realtor Spencer Janke
followed those 3 steps and generated 10 new clients in 60 days. "[We
generated] almost $1 million dollars in real estate from just last week's
email. It's been huge, between January and February I have sold 40 houses so

6. Extra
Strategies Master Checklist In The Works
Which leads me to extra strategies – once you master the foundational
3 step Vyral Marketing system I shared above, there’s a treasure trove of extra
things we can do for you. I need to do a better job of communicating what these
are to you, and freeing up your Success Coaches’ time with great management to
get them done. I’m working on a master
checklist which will be in every single
weekly client message I send you going forward to reinforce all the things
we can do for you….but it starts with mastery of the basic Vyral Marketing
system with the 80/20 rule for your results. I don’t want you working on
Facebook ads if we can’t get your 2 videos a month out first….your database
is your best and #1 ROI lead source.

Private Client Group Welcome – Saul Z
As our firm grows and we hire more specialists to get more
done for you at lower costs, my time is spent leading and managing and less
working one-on-one with you. I don’t like that. I’ve blocked out my schedule to work directly
with entrepreneurs who want full marketing scope business and marketing
consulting. I am not a real estate coach, rather you tell me all the things in
your business you need help with and I’ll meet with you every week on the phone
to point you in the direction to get them implemented, if I know I can help you.
