Welcome New Client Joni Zwick
John: So, Joni, you were a client with us before. What got you back working with us this time?
Joni: You know, I've been into the Mike Ferry coaching for a long time. I stopped that as well last year, and started it back. I'm a lot more business oriented than I've been in the past. I do believe that a good commitment to getting these out will bring business, and I want to give it a good shot.
John: What are your business goals going forward?
Joni: Well, last year we closed 29 transactions. A business goal this year it to stretch that to 40. So, I need a little help with that, other than calling just expired interests.
John: Do you know how many people are in your database currently?
Joni: I have so many different sides of my database. I have past clients, and past client A, and DOI. Then I have some others. I've got around 400, maybe 500.
John: How many of those people know currently know you?
Joni: The ones that I speak to every month, no matter what, there's about 100. The ones I speak to every quarter, there's about 150. The rest are once a year.
John: Got it. Are you doing anything besides calling them to market to the database?
Joni: I send them something once a quarter, whether it be a postcard or something. I send those once a quarter. I don't send monthly.
John: How is that working for you?
Joni: I could be doing better.
John: Did you ever think about doing this yourself?
Joni: No, because I don't have enough time to accomplish what I want to in a day, anyway. So no, I have never thought about doing this myself.
John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you?
Joni: I think success would be at least ten people this year who aren't in my past client A list to become those people. I do definitely steer towards listings as opposed to buyers.
