Jason: What kind of results have you seen using Vyral Marketing?
Breena: As far as getting in front of our COI and past clients on a monthly basis, this has been extremely helpful. Having a presence, in addition to our normal prospecting, is a nice touch that's really worked well for us.
Jason: Great. What is it that you think video accomplishes when you're sending it out to your database?
Breena: The information in the videos, and them seeing you month after month – that creates a presence.
Jason: Absolutely. Have you been tracking any specific ROI with the program?
Breena: We call the opens and clicks. No one has really called and said, "Hey Breena, I'm calling to list my house because of your Vyral video." But it helps us stay in front of our past clients, and we have had an increase in our repeat business and COI. I would say it's been pretty strong for the year.
Jason: Are there any stories of people listing with you who have mentioned watching the video? Do you mind sharing some of those with us?
Breena: Absolutely. I had an investor call about a month ago. He said he was looking at our blog, and he was in the process of a flip, essentially. He was getting ready to list the property. So, we were able to attain the listing off of that. We've also received positive feedback from our clients, because they love seeing our market updates. Our market in Arizona is continually shifting, so having that monthly video out to the client, instead of something in the mail that gets lost, has brought really good results.
Jason: Why use Vyral Marketing instead of doing this yourself?
Breena: Well, it's so we can get other things done. Just delegating. You guys take care of it, edit it, and it's done in such a professional manner. It's one less thing for us to worry about.
Jason: Awesome. What are some things that Vyral can do to improve both the results from the program and your experience with us?
Breena: Well, you're great with follow up. It's kind of in our hands to get it done. You always offer great suggestions, are very consistent in your follow up, and everything's turned around in a timely manner. I think it comes back to the agent and making sure that it's done on a consistent basis. But you guys are very proactive in your follow up.
Jason: What would you say to somebody who may be on the fence about hiring Vyral Marketing?
