Vyral Marketing Client Message

Here’s how we helped a client getting NO RESULTS move toward a path to SEEING RESULTS this week.

He responded to my message from last week to call us if you’re not seeing results and below are the problems we diagnosed, and the respective solutions we put in place right away….

PROBLEMS:

  • We were sending his blast emails through Infusionsoft and it was difficult for him to quickly pull his open/click reports to call
  • His Facebook emails and LinkedIn emails have not been re-exported to us in the past 6 months
  • His assistant was not sending in his updated database where he put in his 30 emails a week he got while prospecting
  • The topics for his videos are not the most popular – we needed a better “message to market” match on his video topics
  • The leads were not getting called – the people clicking on the call to action links in the emails we not getting personal follow up
  • Missed calls and inconsistent videos, maybe getting 1 video out a month.


SOLUTIONS:

  • We are now sending his emails out through our Vertical Response servers every two weeks.
  • We re-exported his Outlook, Facebook, LinkedIn, and entire Infusionsoft account into 1 big re-duplicated and updated list.
  • We are sending a “reconnect” email to all his new contacts from the export before they receive his 2 videos a month, so they know what to expect
  • He’s now doing a monthly video market update for local real estate (the #1 most clicked topic in real estate) and writing down questions he gets while prospecting to answer in his second video every month
  • He has a plan to get his open/click report within 3 days after each video goes out – and call them 3 times to make a contact.
  • His script is “Hi, it’s __________! I see you subscribe to my videos – any questions I can answer for you in future videos, or do you know someone looking to buy or sell a home?”
  • His is reaching out to new people every day, proactively adding at least 30 new emails to his database a week
  • He has a scheduled appointment with his Success Coach to record two videos on the first Tuesday of each month at 7am PST.
