Welcome New Client Kris Lindahl
John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing?
Kris: I've followed Frank for quite some time, and you guys do a really good job with your email marketing. I have a lot of friends in the industry that use you guys.
John: What motivated you to finally give us a call?
Kris: I realized I'm not maximizing my SOI and past client database like I could be. I know you guys do a great job with that, so that's why I chose to use Vyral.
John: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?
Kris: We run a small team in Minnesota right now, and are on pace to do between 350 and 400 transactions this year. We are a newer team, looking to grow and focus more on past client and sphere of influence.
John: How many people are in your database currently?
Kris: Between 20,000 and 30,000.
John: Are you doing anything to market to those people currently?
Kris: We do a really good job with Facebook and stay in front of our database well there, but we're not doing a lot of the other things we should be doing.
John: Was there any thought of trying to do this yourself?
Kris: We're growing so fast that it's not the best use of time for us. At $550 a month, I'd rather pay you guys, than spend my time doing it.
John: What does success working with Vyral Marketing look like to you? What results are you expecting?
Kris: At minimum, I'd like to see at least a 8x ROI. I just want to make sure we are getting an efficient return, which I don't think is going to be a problem. That's the reason I selected Vyral. It looks like everyone is happy wit the return they are getting on their investment.
