I’m headed off to Maui today to get married! Very excited for this new stage in my life. I met Katy Agnew at a Keller Williams Family Reunion in Dallas a few years back, she signed up as a client, and well – we fell in love – to say the least. I’m very excited for you to meet her sometime, she’s perfect. I’m a very lucky man!
Here’s an update for this week…
1. Database Marketing Hangout with Kelly Fischer Replay
I interviewed Vyral Client Kelly Fischer yesterday on how she’s getting great results with radio and video marketing to get people to call her, in turn, lessening her prospecting grind (although she loves to prospect). You can watch this hangout, and all previous hangouts, on the “Hangouts” tab on our website. We also have full transcriptions of all the events, so if you prefer to read instead of watch, you can do that now, too. I interview a Vyral Marketing Client who is getting great results every two weeks, so you can learn how they are building a database, making their videos, and following up with the people watching their videos for business (The Vyral Marketing Plan).
2. Facebook Video Custom Audience & Retargeting Client Training
I did a client training yesterday for 30 minutes on how to use Facebook advertising to target your email database and remarket visitors to your website. It’s fast and quick – 30 minutes of live training with me. You’ll learn exactly how to upload all your leads to Facebook and install a retargeting pixel on your website to follow all your website visitors, leads, past clients, customers, and more around on Facebook. We go over the results we got with Vyral Client Goran Forss after two weeks. Database marketing is moving away from just gathering emails - custom audiences and retargeting are the next frontier. We do not offer Facebook ad management at this time, but I’m happy to help you set up a simple Facebook ad, if you like. Let your Success Coach know you’re interested and they will get me on your next call. I’m going to put the training recordings up for sale on the website, but you, as a client, will always get access for free.
3. Real Estate Snail Mail Update
As you know, in February I had the idea to send a 10-step letter campaign to expired listings exclusively in your market, so they'll call you to re-list their home. It’s an entirely separate business unit and we have 25 test clients currently. We are finally ready to mail for everyone now, since each campaign is written and we have a new, updated strategy based on initial feedback. I’ll keep you updated on results. I really enjoy writing – I think I’m good at it – and a direct mail/sales letter writing service is something I’ve always wanted to lead. I'm excited for this to say the least – on www.keepingitreal.comlast night, a real estate mastermind show I host with Jeff Manson over at Real Geeks, we had Vyral Client Bart Vickrey on who talked about the results of his 15 step expired mailing campaign…and his Vyral Marketing results. It was a great show, well worth watching.
4. GoPro Neighborhood Tour Videos
For those of you in real estate, I’m working on streamlining a recommended strategy for you to shoot footage of local communities by putting a GoPro on top of your car. This is a work in progress, but if you want to get a GoPro HERO 4 with the suction cup “add-on” that goes on top of your windshield, you can take some footage and send it into me. That way we can start testing ideas on the best way to create useful community tour videos for your home buyer search site, both as something helpful to send leads for improved conversion and to build out community webpages to improve organic SEO.
