Welcome New Client Jim Gray



John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing? 

Jim: I heard about you when I was looking into Jeff Cohn.

John: What motivated you to give us a call? 

Jim: I started watching the Hangouts, and then you're a component of Jeff Cohn's marketing and Lars Hedenborg's marketing. In my coaching sessions with Lars, his plan for me is to get you guys going.

John: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals moving forward? 

Jim: I want to dominate my market. I want to be way out in front of the other agents. I've only been in the business for three years. I'm the top agent in my brokerage right now. I did 70 deals last year. I want to build a team and hit a run rate of 90 to 100 transactions within the next few months. I need to get to seven or eight closes a month. That's a bit of a leap for me. Whatever it takes to do that, I'm ready to do. I would consider my team sophisticated users of Infusionsoft. I need to be doing 100 to 200 transactions, and I need to get there within the next 24 months.

John: Do you know how many people are in your database? 

Jim: We have well over 5,000 contacts in there. However, probably half of them are marketable.

John: Okay. And how many of those people do you truly know? 

Jim: Not a lot. I have a suspicion that we may be looking at 1,000 people, maybe less.

John: Are you doing anything to market to them now? 

Jim: Random, weak-kneed, meaningless stuff.

John: Why hire us? Why not try doing this yourself? 

Jim: I'm assuming that anything I could do, you could do better.

John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you? 

Jim: I actually expect it to work right away, to be frank. Lars Hedenborg said I've got to use you, and I think highly of Lars. I've seen Jeff Cohn's videos and the Hangouts, and it looks good to me.
