John: What specific results have you seen on the Vyral Marketing program?
Mike: I got a seller who I didn't even remember. They were in my database, and after the second video he contacted me. He had a property and he was unhappy with his agent, so he called just to list it. He trusted me enough to list it with me. I didn't even have to do a listing presentation. I was doing some follow up the other day, and I was speaking with a potential seller who had to make some home repairs, so he was delayed putting the property up. He said he couldn't wait to have me out to the house. He and his wife had watched all the videos, and they said that the videos were really great! They learned a lot from the videos,and they wanted me to sell their house. It's cool because the videos are me doing my sales thing. I'm showing expertise, building rapport, and building trust without me even knowing it's going on. The leverage of video is just fantastic. I am very excited about it, and looking forward to using video more and more and more.
John: Great. So you probably haven't gotten any direct ROI yet, but you can see that building and you've only been sending videos for a couple months, right?
Mike: Yes, it's been about two months. I've got one listing, and it's helping me get another one. The videos position me in their mind as the go-to professional. If it's working on some of the folks in my database, I'm sure it's working on others in there as well. When I go to call them, they remember me as a professional, an expert, and someone worth speaking with rather than just another sales call.
John: Why did you hire Vyral Marketing to begin with?
Mike: I hired Vyral because I had talked to several people across the country who use you guys successfully. I'd seen the videos comes from a bunch of different team leaders from across the country, and I liked the quality of them. I figured at some point I'd do it. I just decided one day to pull the trigger, and I'm very happy.
John: Any thought to just trying this yourself?
Mike: A small thought on trying to doing it myself. Technology-wise, I'm pretty good, but I wouldn't stay true to making sure that I did the videos every couple weeks. I know I'd get too busy and forget about it, so doing this myself was just a passing thought. I'd happily pay you guys just to make sure the content gets out there. Execution is the gap between success and failure. As long as we execute we'll be okay, and you guys help out with that.
John: Did you have any fears before you signed up with us?
Mike: No, just that I wouldn't get the ROI. That would be the only fear.
John: What do you like most about working with us?
Mike: I like that the production is high quality, yet sort of casual. It's easy to work with you guys. You make it very easy. It's not a lot of heavy lifting on my part. Even if I'm not totally prepared for my video, my coach works with me so that we're able to come up with a video easily.
John: If someone was on the fence about hiring Vyral Marketing, what would you say to them?
Mike: You're going to be very happy. You're going to be happy with the imagery that your database will see from you. People will really look you in a different way, a better way. They'll see you as more of an expert, and you'll become a celebrity among your own database. Video is very powerful, and it's highly influential. It would be one of my main pillars of marketing to my database.
