Every six months or so I pick a specific process we implement for you and update it.
In the month of July, I’m working on how to properly optimize your YouTube videos and channel.
The most important thing we can do to make sure your videos show up in the search results when prospects search for you is to know exactly what they are typing in to find you.
We can use the Google Keyword Planner to give us an idea, but the best way to find out what keywords we should put in your videos is to ask your clients.
This week, ask your customers what they would type into Google to find you.
For example, we were optimizing a video for “Atlanta Real Estate Agent” when, in fact, her customers were searching for “Cobb County Real Estate Agent.” That was news to us! We made that switch and she started getting phone calls from people finding her videos.

The best time to do this is on a lead conversion call right when they first inquire about your service.
That way you can tell us what you’re hearing from customers in regard to keywords we should use in your videos.
Now, I don’t want SEO to distract from the main purpose of The Vyral Marketing Plan of getting more sales from your database, but if we’re putting your videos on YouTube, we might as well do everything we can to make sure they get found!
In the meantime, one of the best-optimized YouTube Channels is Vyral Client Andrew Duncan’s in Tampa.

I’m going to hold a client training on July 23 @ 8am PST to go over exactly how we recommend to do this.

Since you’re a client, you won’t have to do anything, as I’ll make sure we update your YouTube Channel accordingly and optimize your videos going forward with our updated processes.
With that, I write you these weekly messages to keep you updated on what we’re doing to make sure you get results. If you have any feedback for me, or there’s something we can do to improve, let me know.
Thank you for being a Vyral Marketing client, and have a wonderful weekend!
