Welcome New Client Brian Davis



John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing? 

Brian: From YouTubing different educational real estate topics. I stumbled onto some videos with Frank. It captured my interest.

John: Was it just the videos then that motivated you to get in touch with us?

Brian: Yes. I loved the content.

John: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals moving forward? 

Brian: I've been dabbling in real estate for about eight years. I haven't done anything to build or nurture a database at all. When the market went down, I started my own brokerage. I don't have a storefront. I've been working from my home office. Now I'm taking a turn. I want to be able to make this my main focus.

John: Do you know how many people are going to be in your database? 

Brian: I would say 100 names starting off. My goal is to add three a day.

John: Of those 100, those are people that know, like, and trust you, right? 

Brian: Pretty much. I might have a few more names than that. I'm going to put in some of the leads that I've purchased online, but I don't really know them and they don't know me.

John: You mentioned you're doing a little bit of follow up with these online leads, but is there any follow up with the regular database? 

Brian: I have not. I've had several people do multiple transactions with me, but I think I got lucky.

John: Why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself? 

Brian: I don't have the knowledge to do what you guys are doing. My strengths lie in interacting with people, and I want 80% of my time to be spent doing things I enjoy the most, not fumbling with something that will make me frustrated.

John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you? 

Brian: I would like to be doing one transaction a month. In the first couple of years, I would say 15 transactions a year would be good.
