How Realtor Bob Sokoler Will Sell 400 Homes This Year With The Help of Video Marketing

"I have sellers and past clients who call me to say that they follow my videos. You've helped me grow my business, and you keep me in contact with past and current clients. The least expensive lead you could ever have is a past client. Videos are another level of connecting to them. For those of you who are thinking about joining Vyral and have it on the back burner - put it on the front burner. I've been selling a lot of homes. In terms of ROI, I know that we're touching base because people will call and ask about the educational videos. Add everything together, and, as a team, we're going to sell close to 400 homes this year. That's because we're going in the right direction with video and making it work. "

John: You've been a client with Vyral for about four years. What results have you seen working with us?

Bob: I have sellers and past clients who call me to say that they follow my videos. This helps move your business forward. You become better known in your community. There is a lot of value added when you join Vyral. In addition to the videos, they put my radio show onto iTunes. When you're associated with Apple and iTunes, it adds another level of authenticity. They came to me with that idea! It's something that takes you to another level, and if you're considering growing your business, this is a company that performs. I'm seeing direct results from what they do. They perform consistently, constantly, and they help me do better in my business.

John: Why don't you talk a little bit about your return on investment?

Bob: It's always tough to track ROI. You have to be operating on multiple levels in media, and you also have to reach out to past, current, and future clients. It shows that you're on the cutting edge. Sending out videos is cutting edge. Video is already prominent. Video is where we need to be going in all businesses so that we can communicate with and relate to our customers. That's what Vyral does. In terms of ROI, I know that we're touching base because people will call and ask about the educational videos. Add everything together, and, as a team, we're going to sell close to 400 homes this year. That's because we're going in the right direction with video and making it work.

John: So you came from a TV background. You know video, you know editing - so you're very capable of doing this on your own. Why not just do this program on your own?

Bob: I don't think any one agent can do everything that needs to be done in order to be successful. I am passionate about shooting video and editing. I send it to you, you put it together, and you ship it out to all of the clients. It's a big help, it really is! So why should I take on even more? And if you don't have a video background, you should hire Vyral. They will walk you through shooting the videos, and they'll take care of everything else for you. It really is a one-stop shop. I love the benefits that I'm getting, especially those added value projects that Vyral works on with me in order for me to get in front of more people. Whether you're in real estate or any other business, you're going to find that the folks at Vyral really add a major value to the business, and they help make it better in the coming years.

John: What advice would you give a new client to be successful while working with us?

Bob: Listen to the folks at Vyral. Take their advice. Be prepared to do a video once every two weeks. They even give you the subject matter! That's what's so beautiful about it. You don't have to worry about what to say; they'll help you with that. On top of that, if you're worried about being on camera, put that aside. Be yourself. Talk like you would to your friends, neighbors, or family members. Just talk naturally, and your personality will come through the camera, reach out, and grab that next potential client for you. They'll become your friend before they've even met you because they feel that much closer to you having seen you in your natural state. That's what you've got to do: break down the wall so that they feel like they know you. That way, they can communicate with you more openly as opposed to being a cold call by somebody down the road.
