How Realtor John Teixeira Built Creditability Quickly With Clients And Colleagues

I also have a bunch of real estate agents in my database, and some of them have told me that they're forwarding my videos to their clients! John: You've only been here for a couple months and you've already started to see some results on the program, correct? 

John Teixeira: The biggest benefit so far is that it has given me credibility for my sphere and my database. People who are in my sphere might not have called me before because they know several agents, and now they are calling me. I attribute that to the credibility that my informational videos have given me. I also have a bunch of real estate agents in my database, and some of them have told me that they're forwarding my videos to their clients! You guys are doing a great job, but I didn't think my part in the videos were that great. Since you guys make me look so good, people are giving me compliments left and right. They really enjoy the videos. 

John: Is there anybody else in your market doing something like this? 

John Teixeira: No, not that I know of.  

John: What made you reach out to Vyral Marketing in the first place? 

John Teixeira: My first touch with you guys was through the Hangouts with Real Geeks. Then I was invited to your networking event in Vegas. I met you guys there, and I also met an agent who was a client of yours. I was telling him about how I wanted to do video. It was a really important part of my marketing plan, and it had been for the past four years but I wasn't able to implement it. He told me that you guys basically do exactly what I wanted to do. I was already kind of sold on you guys, this client of yours was saying how much he loved working with you, and that's what finished it off for me. 

John: I know it was a plan of yours, but did you ever try video marketing on your own? 

John Teixeira: I tried to do videos more than anything. I did property videos the most, and then I tried to do some market update videos. I just couldn't discipline myself to do it on a regular basis. I wasn't happy with it, and I wasn't sure what I was doing. More than anything, it was a discipline issue. 

John: What tips would you offer someone to be successful working with us? 

John Teixeira: Just do it. Don't worry about it. I do worry a little bit, but we're just too critical about ourselves. You guys fix it. Get started, get rolling, and the videos will get better and better. You're going to get results no matter what. If nothing else, you're going to gain credibility within your sphere. I'm lucky because I have a huge database. I think I have 4,800 names that are getting the videos. So build your database, and do it. 

John: What would you say you like most about working with Vyral? 

John Teixeira: You make it pretty easy, and so far you've been flexible. You come through. You keep me on point, and you keep me disciplined. I have an appointment every two weeks to meet with my coach, Kristin, and make some videos. An appointment on the calendar is something that I'll keep. If it's just me saying I'm going to make some videos, it will never get done. I think the accountability is the biggest benefit, and then there's the ease of use. I just upload these videos to you guys, and you get it done.
