I want to give you a few alternatives if you’re unable to get your videos in.
What do you do if you don’t have time to shoot your videos? Not to worry – we have you covered. I know it’s a very busy time of the year for many of you, and finding 30 minutes a month to shoot your 2 videos with your Success Coach may get bumped when there’s something more pressing.
Here are the alternatives to get timely information to your database…
- Interview you on the phone
If you’re uncomfortable on video, or you’re unable to get to your office to shoot a video, your Success Coach will call you on a recorded phone line and ask you the same questions you would answer in front of your webcam. We’ll edit the audio nicely, put music to it, and we’ll upload it to YouTube with a still frame of your photo and logo as your image. It’s just like a podcast episode.
There’s nothing wrong with picking a popular video you recorded in the past and just sending it out again. We can update the email teaser copy to explain why your video is still relevant today. If you get our Saturday newsletter, the video in the upper left is one of the 11 videos I recorded last year – I keep running the same videos because it’s our core message I want to reinforce non-stop, complemented with updated content for the week around the video.
- Send out a 3rd party video
Picking a popular, helpful YouTube video (for example, a home improvement video from HGTV), embedding it on your blog while our writers summarize it, and then sending it to your database by email and social media is another good alternative. You’re simply picking the “best content online” that’s relevant to your customers and passing it along. Entire businesses and websites do nothing but this. Tell your Success Coach what topic of video to find online and we’ll put the whole promotion together using a neutral 3rd party video we find for you.
We have 4 full-time professional writers here at Vyral Marketing. Each month, they look at all the hot real estate topics in the news and write a well-written article just for you. If you’re in another industry, they are happy to do the same for you. Ask your Success Coach to send you the custom articles our writers put together for this month and we’ll get it out to your database. It will look like you wrote the entire message. This is called ghostwriting and it’s how many books, articles, and blog posts are published these days.
