Welcome New Client Greg Langhaim



John: So Greg, how did you hear about Vyral Marketing? 

Greg: From the Internet. I've seen a lot of your Hangouts, too.

John: Are the Hangouts what motivated you to get in contact with us? 

Greg: There was a particular video I watched about starting from scratch in an area that spoke to my situation. I relocated, and the tactics I used in the previous market did not work as well here. After a lot of trial and error, I realized that just going after sales, closing them, and moving on wasn't what was going to work. In this area, it's really about building relationships. I went back to my database and saw how bad it was. I realized I needed to get serious about my database if I really wanted to build my business. So, that one video I watched put me over the line, and I decided to do it the right way. I wanted someone who knew what they were doing to handle it.

John: Summarize where you're at with your business.  What are your goals moving forward?  

Greg: I'm in my tenth year of doing real estate. In the past few years, I've really looked at assembling a team and putting systems in place, so that I can build my business to the point where it can run itself. That way, I can start stepping out of it, and it will keep going like a true business in the real estate industry. My goal going forward is to do well, free up my time, and eventually step out the business.

John: Do you know how many people are in the database? 

Greg: Not very many. I only have contacts and emails for about 150 people. If I'd done the system right when I moved out here, I would have way more contacts.

John: So I'm guessing of that 150, those are all people who know. 

Greg: Right.

John: Are you doing anything to market to those people right now? 

Greg: I'm not doing a single thing.

John: Why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself? 

Greg: A lot of the successful teams hire you guys. You have a proven plan. You have the technology. It's a simple system, and I want that so I can go on autopilot.

John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you? 

 Greg: I want to be able to look back and think, "Where would I be at without it?" I want to be able to look back and see a 20%, 30%, 40% return on investment.

John: Is there anyone who we should thank for your business? 

Greg: I would say Stacie Peterson and Lars Hedenborg. They really helped me refocus and look deeper into this business.
