We’re kicking this year off to a great start at Vyral Marketing.
This week I held our first client GoToMeeting on the drip campaigns we’re implementing for our real estate clients this year.

It’s not necessary to watch the full video as your Success Coach has all the important points.
I covered my methodology behind writing an 8 step email campaign to go to your expired listing prospects after you introduce yourself.
Download the expired listing campaign written in Microsoft Word here.
You’ll want to edit it so it’s personalized for your local area. I marked in red each area I would like you to personalize accordingly.
When it’s complete, send it to your Success Coach for implementation into your CRM or any email marketing system you’re using for email drip campaigns.
We’ll figure out how to load the emails into any software for you.
*IMPORTANT* I ask you to work with us on the implementation part since we’ll inevitably need to learn several email marketing and CRM software services our clients use.
Our goal is to have an expired drip campaign in place for every real estate client by March 1st.
We need the personalized campaign back from you as soon as possible to make it happen.
The edits are very simple. I promise they will make your results more powerful.
These drip campaigns complement your two educational videos a month which should go to your prospects with their permission at the same time.
I recommend one email a week for eight weeks per Gary Keller’s recommendation in The Millionaire Real Estate Agent.
However, you are welcome to shorten or lengthen the cadence based on your market and lead conversion experience.
As with any email marketing, these emails are designed to position you as an expert so your prospects are more likely to have a meaningful conversation with you when you call.
These emails in no way replace the phone calls or visits you must make to get their business.
