Lindsay: How did you hear about us?

Thomas: I heard about you from RealGeeks. They published the Hangouts and it kind of went from there.

Lindsay: What motivated you to call us?

Thomas: I am doing a comprehensive marketing plan, and videos are very effective. I can't do everything, so I need someone to help. For the price, it's a very good value from what I can determine.

Lindsay: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your business goals?

Thomas: I have a small tax practice, I gross around $150,000. My goals are to double that revenue this year, if not triple. That's what my goal is.

Lindsay: How many people are in your database?

Thomas: There are a few. I've got one in Infusionsoft and one on the real estate side. I would say 1500-2000 total.

Lindsay: How many of those people do you truly know?

Thomas: Probably 600.

Lindsay: what are you doing to market to your database now?

Thomas: Nothing. Just my annual tax stuff to my existing clientele, and a Christmas card. We are pretty much starting from scratch with this.

Lindsay: Why did your hire us? Why not try this yourself?

Thomas: From looking at all your hangouts, and reviewing hundreds of your videos, there is no way I could ever do this at any cost.

Lindsay: What results do you expect?

Thomas: I don't know. It will be interesting to see. The audiences we're going to be sending this two are two-fold. One is mostly referrals, and eventually we'll develop more monthly extra stuff. I do want to mention that 70-80% of people I talk to have a problem or know someone with a problem.

Lindsay: What does success looks like to you?

Thomas: A business that I have built that works and continues to grow. Eventually, I won't have to do everything.

Lindsay: What would you say your personality type is?

Thomas: I'm a driver. A very high D on the DISC assessment. I'm creative, but I also have some need to have consistency in some things. To do accounting, you've got to be very structured. The creative side is the stuff we're doing now.

Lindsay: How do you like to be communicated with?

Thomas: All forms, I don't discriminate. There is a time for texting, emails, and phone calls. I'm very much a people person.
