New Client Welcome John Stevenson

John Stevenson tirelessly works as a real estate partner with successful entrepreneurs, CEOs, and venture capitalists in the region. John’s abilities in presentation, negotiation, and management were developed as a result of his tenure as President and CEO of J&J Window-Wash, during which he rubbed shoulders with literally hundreds of customers in the Las Vegas Valley. This experience has provided him with greater insight when analyzing proper home improvements and competitive pricing, and has allowed him to develop greater skills as a negotiator. His passion for real estate development is limitless, and he is committed to both professional and personal growth no matter what challenge he may face. Today, even a sluggish economy is no hindrance—John has even managed to improve his business by an average of 28% despite the country’s current economic woes. He is fully dedicated to the growth of real estate in the Las Vegas community. He himself has owned and invested in numerous properties in the area, and he lives here with his lovely wife and three children. You can learn more about John here.

Elizabeth: How did you hear about us?

John: Lars Hedenborg.

Elizabeth: What motivated you to call us?

John: I trust what he says.

Elizabeth: Where are you at with your business? What are your business goals?

John: I'm in my 5th year. It's been very slow growth, just because I've been trying to do lots of different systems. My goals are to implement a few systems that work very well and be able to build a team and get to a point like Lars, where he doesn't have to spend all his time on his business anymore.

Elizabeth: How many people are in your database right now?

John: Three thousand.

Elizabeth: Do you know most of those people?

John: Not personally, I probably know 250-300.

Elizabeth: What are you doing to market yourself to your database right now?

John: I have 180 people on Top Producer, who I have had contact with through phone. I have just started Commissions, Inc. as well.

Elizabeth: Do you feel that what you're doing right now to market yourself is working well?

John: It's not working as well as it needs to. Video marketing is a good thing, and it's a good thing to have people see your personally. It helps them get to know you better.

Elizabeth: Why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself?

John: The biggest reason was that Lars told me to. I have done this myself before, but I like what I've seen so far.

Elizabeth. What results do you expect? What does success look like to you working with Vyral?

John: I'm hoping I'll get a lot more engagement from people that see the videos. More traffic, more referrals, more business.

Elizabeth: How do you like to be communicated with?

John: Email and phone calls are fine, as long as the phone calls are scheduled.

Elizabeth: You may have already mentioned this, but who should we thank for your business?

John: Lars.
