New Client Welcome Ramon Sanchez
Ramon Sanchez has been in the real estate industry for over 24 years. He started ranking as one of the Top Realtors in the nation since year 2000. However, all the accolades, awards and accomplishments would not mean much without creating happy clients along the way. Year-to-date, more than 80% of his business can be attributed to positive word-of-mouth referrals from past clients. Since clients are his bosses and they are counting on his expertise, he prides himself knowing what's new on the market and what we are competing against; price reductions and what homes received offers. Elizabeth: So, how did you hear about Vyral Marketing? And what motivated you to call us?
Ramon: I've heard from other agents that are using you guys, and so I've done some research and been on some Hangouts with Frank. I was impressed, so I signed up. It's a lot of money, but I think it's worth the investment.
Elizabeth: Can you tell me where you're at in your business?
Ramon: Yeah, last year I did 48 sales and over $17 million in production. My goal this year is to double that in 2016. I also want to attack my database because I'm not using it properly.
Elizabeth: How many people are in your database, and how many do you actually know?
Ramon: Of the 580 in there, I have met about 350. I have another 550 that I don't know but I've been prospecting. On top of this, I have some leads from commissions Inc., and I have almost 5,000 of those. I figure I could add those to my database.
Elizabeth: What are you doing to market to your database right now?
Ramon: I've started a mailing campaign this year. I send Christmas cards and birthday cards and that appears to be working well for me right now. I'm also calling everyone in my database right now.
Elizabeth: So why did you hire us and not try it yourself?
Ramon: I don't have the time to do this, and I also don't have the proper tools. I'd rather focus on what I'm good at.
Elizabeth: What results do you expect, and what does success look like with us?
Ramon: I expect a return on my investment. I want to at least double my investment, and an additional 10 or 12 deals per year would be great. I've tried Zillow and it was a flop.
Elizabeth: What's your personality type and how do you like to communicate?
Ramon: I'm a driver, so I like to get to the point. I also learn from watching people, and if you show me something I can learn how to do it quickly. But I don't like to waste time communicating.
Elizabeth: How do you like being communicated to? Phone, text, or email?
Ramon: Phone calls are fine after 1 p.m. because I prospect until then every single day.
