At a minimum, I’d like you to speak with your Client Manager (formerly, Success Coach) once a month for 30 minutes on a scheduled call to complete the checklist below.

Review your notes from the previous call. What was discussed?
2. Videos
What are two questions customers have asked you recently? Can I prepare a short FAQ script for you?
3. Emails
Do we have the latest email databases submitted to us? How many have been added since last time?
4. Calling
Did you get your latest open/click report? Any calling guidance can I provide?
5. ROI Report
How much business this month did you get from your marketing? Let’s track it. Success story? Referral opportunity.
6. Testimonials
Any new names for us to call for a testimonial?
7. Feedback
How is everything going? What are we doing well? What needs to improve?
8. Update (optional)
May I share what we’re working on at Vyral Marketing? Discuss Frank’s weekly messages…
9. Zero-Cost (optional)
Any guests you’d like to include in upcoming videos for an interview? Sell sponsorships?
10. Extra Strategy (optional)
What other marketing problems can we help you solve? Pass along to Frank…
We’ll make sure you end your call with a plan for your next two videos. We’ll also update you every week with the progress of your marketing – guaranteed.
This call should take 30 minutes, at most, if we’ve prepared you well for your videos.
We can also take our communication to a higher level, too.
We’d optimally like you to speak with you twice a month for a scheduled phone call. This way we can talk strategy and focus on more advanced marketing implementation.

We just signed up for Fonality which allows me to see everyone who is on the phone at Vyral, listen in, whisper to your Client Manger, or jump directly into the call. It’s pretty slick.
It’s important we keep our calls short and to the point, so we created this call checklist so you know exactly what to expect when you meet with your Client Manager.
We’ve also changed the title of our Success Coaches to “Client Manager” so it’s clear we manage your marketing, not necessarily coach you on the full scope of your business.
