New Client Welcome Kwasi Bowie
Licensed in 2007, Kwasi is a highly successful listing and marketing agent that helps homeowners sell their property for the most amount of money in the least mount of time in the state of Washington. He is also an expert in foreclosures and short sales. He has been interested in real estate since his days in college and began attending real estate investment seminars. Mikaela: How did you hear about us and what motivated you to call us?
Kwasi: I heard about you a couple of different ways. I heard a lot about Vyral Marketing through the Hangout interviews Frank was doing. I also coach with Brett Tanner, who is a client of yours. He is the one who really pushed me to sign up.
Mikaela: Can you summarize where you're at with your business and what your business goals are?
Kwasi: Sure. Right now, I'm in the team building phase. I've had high levels of personal production for a while. For me, right now, I'm at the team building phase where I have two buyer's agents and an operations lead. I'm looking to build out my team and go a lot deeper with my database. I think these videos will really resonate with my demographic, millennials.
Mikaela: How many people would you say are in your database now?
Kwasi: It's hard for me to quantify that. I'm probably at about 300, but when you add in all my Facebook, LinkedIn, and Top Producer accounts, it's probably somewhere in the 2,000 to 3,000 range.
Mikaela: How many of those people do you truly know?
Kwasi: I would say there is a good 1,000 people that I have a relationship with.
Mikaela: What are you doing to market to your database right now? What's working well, what's not working well?
Kwasi: What's been working well for me is contacting people through Facebook. We've started to gain some traction with my business page too. That has worked the best, besides just working our current referrals. The marketing we do now includes an e-newsletter and a printed piece with some kind of value that we can give to our consumers in a print format.
Mikaela: Why did you hire us? Why not do this yourself?
Kwasi: I know what I don't know and I could spend a lot more time trying to figure this out myself. I'm fairly tech savvy, but for me it's all about dollars per hour and where my time is best used. I know there are other products out there, but I like that you guys pull all of the information together and do it for me. It's a one-stop shop.
Mikaela: What results do you expect from Vyral Marketing? What does success look like to you?
Kwasi: If we can gain leads from it of people who are actually thinking of buying and selling that I didn't know about before, that's the ultimate goal. Even having a good open rate and people calling and texting us talking about our videos. Just knowing that people are seeing them and seeing that we have a point of difference.
Mikaela: What's your personality type?
Kwasi: I am definitely an ID. I love to have fun, I am a people person, I connect easily with people in social settings. When I get to work, I am a D. I like to get to the point and get things done.
Mikaela: How do you like to be communicated with?
Kwasi: If it's lengthy, I'd say email. If it's just something quick , I would definitely say text.
Mikaeala: Who should we thank for your business?
Kwasi: Brett Tanner. He was the one that is probably be the person that pushed me to do it. I would also thank Frank. The Google Hangouts and interviews he does are tremendous.
