Bo Winn

John B. (Bo) Winn is the Managing Member and Broker-in-Charge for Capital Investments Realty, LLC which was founded by Bo and his business partner, Jim Morton in the winter of 2009. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Real Estate Strategist who specializes in investment residential and multi-family properties. The business focused on investment residential and commercial real estate. He was responsible for brokerage, buying and selling, property management, property management maintenance and the day to day operations of the business. He recently sold the Property Management Division of Capital Investments Realty, LLC to TradeMark Residential. Recognizing the value it would add, Trademark wanted Bo to join the team at Trademark Residential a subsidiary of the 30 year old company, Trademark Properties.

Bo's entrepreneurial skills were honed when he started and built Bo's Café America, Bo's Club Café and Bo's Café Catering. Bo's Café America was a pioneer in the revitalization of downtown Raleigh. After it grossed $1 million in revenue Bo sold it to pursue other ventures.

Bo graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration and has been in Raleigh since 1979. He was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. He now serves on the Caring Community Foundation Board and served on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of the American Red Cross. Bo has provided over 40 years of work with Boy Scouts of America, is an Eagle Scout and Vigil in the Order of the Arrow.
