"Search for Homes Video" Facebook Campaign


The Opportunity

Vyral Client Marty Gum wanted to get more buyer leads to his newly created Real Geeks site. We invested $106.72 into Facebook for 22 days and generated 16 leads.

The Advertisement

Below is the Facebook post we optimized for website clicks, meaning Facebook targets people who are most likely to click on the ad, moving them off of Facebook to his Real Geeks website where they can search for properties. Marty then filmed a 30 second video offering people to search every home for sale on the MLS. We added captions to the video for users who don’t click the video to hear the sound on Facebook. We added a “Complete Registration” Facebook pixel to Marty’s Real Geeks site to track the amount of people that signed up through the ad.


The Audience

We targeted everyone who has visited his websites in the last 14 days to drive down costs and attract more qualified leads to the ad.



The Metrics

In 22 days we reached 1,923 people. Marty’s website visitors audience cost per click was $0.89. After investing $106.72 we brought 120 clicks to his Real Geeks website and captured 16 leads at about $6.62 a lead.


The Results 

Marty received 16 leads in 22 days and we are still waiting to hear back from Marty’s team about the follow up and the actual results generated.
