6 Real Estate Lead Generation Sources

I attended Tom Ferry's session on the Top 6 Real Estate Lead Generation Sources at Prudential's 2011 Real Estate Conference in San Diego California a few days ago. I shot a quick video review on top of our beautiful hotel right next to the Gaslamp district on what I learned. I cover the top 3 links you must have on your real estate website, how to CORRECTLY respond when people ask you "How is the market?", how to prospect expired listings with Starbucks Gift Cards, how many people you must speak with to make a sale, and the top 2 biggest mistakes agents make when it comes to their lead generation success.

Remember, I use a LOT of real estate examples here on my blog because many of our clients are in the industry; however these strategies apply to all small business owners or professional service providers. It's smart to when you listen to the marketing strategies working in other industries and apply them to yours.
